WHAT IS CLUB IRON ?
Club Iron was created because of similar demands by my clientele as a Personal Trainer. Seems everyone wants to be leaner and stronger..
Since 2010 I've lost 125 pounds without drugs or surgery. I found the education I needed and became increasingly passionate about strength, body composition and especially coaching.
I needed an approach that met the demands of our biology but flexible enough to maintain forever. I knew that hopping from program to program, professional to "professional" wasn't sustainable. I had to create my own method.
This approach has been tested by me, my soon to be wife, tons of competitive athletes, general clients and even an elite Strongman! It's not a program, a challenge or my charm.. It's a clear route for anyone to obtain faster, maintainable results in strength and body composition.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Club Iron member is my under my wing. They'll train with me 2-5 times a week at the best training facility in California (Self Made Training Facility). I'm critical when it comes to form and won't ever push beyond current fitness limitations. Expect our sessions to last 45 minutes to an hour. During these sessions you'll be performing exercises based off your 1 repetition max. There's specific progression methods depending on the type of exercises we choose. Every month we re-asses and design the following month based off results and adherence to the plan.
WHAT ABOUT THE DIET ?
You'll also know exactly what to eat outside the gym by completing a food log before every training session. I'm a huge believer in FLEXIBLE DIETING (counting macros) and prescribe this method of dieting to every member. We eat whatever we want. I never make my members skip family events or social activities, they never skip dessert and get to keep all their favorite foods in the plan.

First session is always FREE. Ask about military, family, local hero and college discounts. All prices include specific nutrition guidelines.
240$/Month 1x Per Week (60$ a session)
400$/Month 2x Per Week (50$ a session)
480$/Month 3x Per Week (40$ a session)
560$/Month 4x Per Week (35$ a session)
600$/Month 5x Per Week (30$ a session)
The USPA certified me in 2016 to coach any athlete toward the platform. For two years I helped a gym full of strong powerlifters. I'm extremely confident in my abilities to get you as strong as possible in big, compound movements such as the squat, bench and deadlift.
