WHAT IS CLUB IRON ?
Club Iron was created because of similar demands by my clients as a Personal Trainer. Seems everyone wants to be leaner and stronger.. Since 2010 I've lost 125 pounds without drugs or surgery. I found the education I needed and became increasingly passionate about strength, body composition and especially teaching/coaching.
I needed an approach that was maintainable and backed by research. I’m skeptical by nature and couldn’t subscribe to a plan with any real faith. After losing the weight, getting a few certifications and becoming an athlete under @team3dmj , I found the confidence needed to design my own method.
It’s not a new idea or secret.. It’s everything you should expect from an elite trainer that loves his career. My job is to create and manage an effective plan that you can easily understand and follow. I also believe exercise is only fun when you see the data. I make sure to celebrate the short term successes toward the overall goal through tracking EVERYTHING. I try my best to keep my clients excited to come back and beat their old records.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Club Iron member is under my wing. They'll train with me 2-5 times a week at an elite gym built for professional coaches @selfmadetrainingfacility . I'm critical when it comes to controlled intensity and proper execution of every exercise. Expect our sessions to last 45 minutes to an hour, this is where most of the work is done. We’ll be working together as a team, building you brick by brick. A Club Iron training session is specific to YOU
WHAT ABOUT THE DIET ?
You'll also know exactly what to eat outside the gym by completing a food log before every training session. I'm a huge believer in FLEXIBLE DIETING (counting macros) and prescribe this method of dieting to every member. I try to make the least amount of changes to your life as possible. You’ll get to feed your cravings, eat with family & friends and actually enjoy your diet. More on this during intro

The USPA certified me in 2016 to coach any athlete toward the platform. For two years I helped a gym full of strong powerlifters. I'm extremely confident in my abilities to get you as strong as possible in big, compound movements such as the squat, bench and deadlift.
